GETTING INTO THE POSE
  • From a kneeling position with your big toes and knees together, exhale and bend forward with your torso resting on your thighs and your forehead on the mat.

  • Bring the sit bones towards the heels as much as possible.

  • The arms lie relaxed along the legs.

BREATH
  • Exhale: relax everything.

  • Create space between the shoulder blades and between the neck and sit bones.

- Or -

  • On the inhale, feel the pressure against your legs as your chest and abdomen expand and feel the ribs widen in all directions.

GETTING OUT OF THE POSE
  • Inhale: come to your hands and knees.
