GETTING INTO THE POSE
From a kneeling position with your big toes and knees together, exhale and bend forward with your torso resting on your thighs and your forehead on the mat.
Bring the sit bones towards the heels as much as possible.
The arms lie relaxed along the legs.
BREATH
Exhale: relax everything.
Create space between the shoulder blades and between the neck and sit bones.
- Or -
On the inhale, feel the pressure against your legs as your chest and abdomen expand and feel the ribs widen in all directions.
GETTING OUT OF THE POSE
Inhale: come to your hands and knees.
