The fist time I came across Son de Flor I instantly fell in love. Dreamy dresses that would stand the test of time. Beautiful colors, timeless silhouettes and linen. Oh, the love for linen. I knew one day, I would own one of those coveted dresses, I just did not know how soon I would make it happen, but make it happen I would.
The pieces are by no means cheap but to me they are worth every cent. Proven by the fact that today, we are 2 dresses (which I bought with my own money) and a skirt (which was kindly gifted) further. And nothing but joy have those dreamy items of clothing brought me.
LINEN | the fabric that stood the test of time

If you have followed along on my personal style journey you might just know how
big my love for linen is. For me linen is the perfect combination between easy to care for, luxurious texture and a lovely organic look. Yes, you read that right, I actually like the lived in, wrinkled look the fabric is so notorious for. And since it's a lovely natural fiber that doesn't need a whole lot to grow, it's also one of the more sustainable options out there.

Where centuries ago linen was the go to, affordable option, unfortunately that is no longer the case today. Today it is often seen as the more luxe choice for the warmer months, though when layered right it is also very wearable in even the midst of winter. However if you are looking for a piece of clothing that will stand the test of time and is ready to become a true workhorse in your wardrobe, then look no further.
THE CLASSIC SKIRT| it's in the details

If you have ever bought a Son de Flor piece you know their eye for detail is impeccable. Not only in their beautiful pieces but also the way they carefully package your order and the little touches they add to make you feel special. I love that they always include a little scroll with a beautiful thoughtful quote. A little intentional living gem if you ask me.
INK ROSE| a dreamy print on a dreamy fabric

I would be lying if I said that each collection Son de Flor comes out with wasn't tempting. However I found this SS25 collection to be especially so. They brought out this dreamy new print, ink rose, which I ended up getting in their classic skirt. It blends seamlessly into my wardrobe, giving me endless options to mix and match. And it has quickly proven to be a reliable companion for both my day to day life as wel as more festive occasions. It truly doesn't matter if I am lounging around the house, going for a stroll in the park, cleaning or spending the day behind my computer to work. In all cases I am comfortable and feel amazing wearing such a lovely piece.
That was it for today. Let me know if you have ever tried any Son de Flor pieces or if not, which you might want to add to your wardrobe. For now, good luck with the next steps on your bridge and I wish you all the happiness and an amazing rest of your day.
❤ Eva
