Article 1 | General

1. These conditions apply to all agreements, both verbal and written, concluded between Bridge of Life Studio and the employer / client / student.

 

Article 2 | Offers and quotations

1. The offers made by Bridge of Life Studio are without obligation, they are valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. Bridge of Life Studio is only bound by the offer if the acceptance of this by the employer / client / student is confirmed in writing within 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

2. Rates for assistance are listed on the website www.bridgeoflifestudio.com.

 

Article 3 | Execution of the agreement

1. Bridge of Life Studio will execute the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship. Based on education and experience, as well as the Professional Profile and the Professional Code for the relevant fields.

2. You enter into an agreement with Bridge of Life Studio. This means that the work will in principle be carried out by Bridge of Life Studio. However, Bridge of Life Studio has the right to deploy personnel at all times in order to comply with the contract agreements.

3. The activities will mainly be carried out during office hours. It is possible to deviate from this at the express request of the client and only in consultation and after approval.

4. Canceling an appointment (other than a groupclass) must be done at least 24 hours before the start. The normal rate will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours.

 

Article 4 | Cancellation and dissolution

1. Both parties can terminate the agreement in writing at any time.

2. If the agreement is terminated prematurely by the client, Bridge of Life Studio is entitled to compensation for the loss of occupancy that can be made and can be made plausible, unless there are facts and circumstances underlying the cancellation that can be attributed to Bridge of Life Studio. In that case, the client is obliged to pay the invoices for work performed until then.

3. If the agreement is terminated prematurely by Bridge of Life Studio, Bridge of Life Studio will arrange for the transfer of work still to be performed to third parties in consultation with the client, unless there are facts and circumstances underlying the cancellation that are attributable to the client.

4. Bridge of Life Studio is authorized to suspend the fulfillment of the obligations or to dissolve the agreement if: 1) the client does not or not fully comply with the obligations under the agreement. 2) circumstances arise that are of such a nature that fulfillment of the agreement is impossible or can no longer be demanded according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness, or if circumstances arise that are of such a nature that unaltered maintenance of the agreement may not reasonably be expected.

 

Article 5 | Taking classes

1. It is possible that a class is canceled. If this is the case, the reservation will be canceled and the participant can follow the class at a different time. Check the website if you want to make sure the class continues.

2. Bridge of Life Studio reserves the right to change the timetable without consultation, without any form of refund.

3. Bridge of Life Studio offers various ride maps. Classes must be taken within the specified period. If this is not done, the classes will be canceled. Bridge of Life Studio does not offer compensation for the canceled classes.

4. Each class must be reserved in advance.

5. It is mandatory to report injuries, pregnancy and other restrictions to the teacher before the start of the class, so that the teacher can take this into account when supervising the participant.

6. A class can be canceled, via the reservation system, up to 2 hours before the start of the class. If a class is not canceled in time, there is no refund option. The participant is always responsible for the timely cancellation of a class.

Article 6 | Liability

1. Participation in the classes is at your own risk. The classes taught by Bridge of Life Studio are physical in nature and there is always a risk of injury. The participant is responsible for any injuries.

2. Bridge of Life Studio is never liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage.

3. Bridge of Life Studio is not liable for the participant's belongings.

 

Article 7 | Confidentiality

1. Bridge of Life Studio is obliged to observe secrecy with regard to all facts that become known to it with regard to the client, except for activities and matters in which the integrity of the therapist / practitioner / teacher is or may be at stake. She can invoke the right of non-disclosure to indemnify the client against infringement of his privacy. After consultation with the client, the therapist / practitioner / teacher can contact other care providers to achieve better care. Information about the client is only given after the client agrees.
